Elizabeth Jameson and Cable Griffith opening at G. Gibson Gallery in Seattle Thursday Feb. 6th

Elizabeth Jameson
Elizabeth Jameson, Queen of Dunces, 2014
leather, wool, felt and thread, 6.5 x 3.5 inches, $1,200.

Multi-disciplinary artists Cable Griffith and Elizabeth Jameson will be having a show together at G. Gibson Gallery in Pioneer Square from January 24th to March 1st. There will be a public opening on Thursday, February 6th from 6pm to 8pm at the gallery located at 300 S Washington Street.

Elizabeth has created a series of small cloth sculptures, reminiscent of ladies court finery, fit for a queen. Her tiny fashions elicit awe in their elaborate construction and attention to detail.

Cable Griffith is showing a series of acrylic paintings on canvas, many seeming to depict other worlds that may be real or may exist in a video game, online or from his imagination.

G. Gibson Gallery features each of the artists and their pieces for sale on their website. To view each of the artists work that is in the exhibit, click their names below:
