Well, Can Can Presents, as part of the 1st Annual International Cabaret Festival, has the answer!!

For 2 shows at 7 and 10pm, Thursday night, November 12, 2009, at the fabulous Triple Door @ 3rd and Union in Seattle, The Circus Contraption Band will make available to the public a very special, limited edition CD release of the music from “The Show To End All Shows.” The band will be playing TSTEAS music live, as well as a few old favorites and will be joined by Circus Contraption physical performers Poppy Daze, Sally Pepper, Delphinia Spit, Fresco Rose, Ernesto Cellini, Dr. Calamari and Acrophelia.

Very special musical guests Kitten On The Keys and Zoe of Vermillion Lies will add to the evenings aural pleasure.

This will be a rare, perhaps final opportunity to see the Circus Contraption Band and performers bring you the inspired madness that made them a Seattle institution for 10 plus years.

Wayfarers

“These are the times, my friends. And these are the days. Where the world becomes malleable, palpable. When novelty and genius are within our reach. We are cautioned against being passionate about these things by tales of progress turned to greed and of technology turning on us. And yet, the golden light is just right, the clocks are synchronizing, the stars are in alignment.

This is what we celebrate tonight. We celebrate these transient times, with these transient artists.” - c. lantz

This is my favorite circus and I'm taking my mom on Sunday nite at 7pm (they have a special kids show every Sunday...apparently some circus' have performances that aren't suitable for for kids my age....I can't imagine what they do) but I still love this show anyway!!!
