Seattle author Brenda Bryan and Barking Buddha Doga in the New York Times

Seattle yoga instructor Brenda Bryan is the creator of Doga and the author of the new book BARKING BUDDHA: Simple Soul Stretches for Yogi and Dogi. Doga combines massage and meditation with gentle stretching for dogs and their human partners, and is featured in yesterdays New York Times article “Bonding with their downward-facing humans”.
