Mitchelli’s Final Meals
Served now through mid March
For thirty-two years Mitchelli’s has been the scene of multitudinous first encounters (owner & wife included-1978), first dates, romantic memories, marriage proposals, rehearsal dinners, wedding brunches, anniversaries, pregnancy announcements, birthday celebrations, graduation dinners, divorce discussions; and more recently gatherings to celebrate a life well lived.

It’s been the neutral site of countless business plan discussions, partnership launchings, handshake deals, sales and dissolutions, and the favored locale to a legion of political campaign strategies, candidate selections, fundraising events and election night celebrations.
Many former staff members have continued in the hospitality industry as successful chefs, managers or restaurant owners- Peter Lewis, formerly Campagne; Patrice Demombymes, Virginia Inn; Rudy Viggiano, Verrazano’s; Ted Furst, Restaurant Group; Greg Higgins, Higgins, Portland; Raffaele Calise, Salute; Nick Wiltz; Il Bistro; Carla Leonardi, Café Lago; Robert Bonina and Will McNamara, WAC; Dave Brown, Carso’s Pasta; Mark Machlis, Ivy Foods and countless others including Mitchelli’s children: Daniel Mitchell IV, ECC Culinary program; Seth & Tara Howard, Collins Pub; Dana Mitchell, Angelinas.
Mitchelli’s closing meals will be served now through mid March, but this Saturday, March 7th is the last chance to “Pay What You Can to Drink Like its 1982″.
