Adam Sekuler.

Opening event this Thursday, Nov. 20.
“merely mouthpiece” – a ten channel video installation comprised of stop motion dance pieces all with unique audio tracks. it is a choose your own adventure style work in which the viewer selects which track of audio to listen to from fm radios transmitting each films distinct audio channels.
“interpretive site: kosmos” – presented as part of our monthly program of projected media…”first of a series of rediscoveries. choreographer karn junkinsmith and i brought a group of performers to kosmos, a town that this past summer reemerged from the depths after having submerged for 40 years under water.” – a. sekuler.
“search and rescue” – this several year long project co-created with minneapolis based artist matt bakkom uses cinematic detritus as fertile ground for an archaeological dig. imagine the past remember the future.
