What can you say about GWAR? Well for starters, most people say “Don’t wear nice clothes.”
GWAR (the name is a shortened version of the original “GWAARGGGH!!!”) are of course known for their elaborate costumes, spraying the crowd with various fluids, and their “boundless hatred for all things alive.” They and their “marauding mutant metal” have been a fixture in America’s cultural icons from Alabama Thunderpussy videos to Mega Championship Wrestling to that very apex of American culture, the Jerry Springer Show. Quite simply, your life is not complete without experiencing them.
